Middle School Students Present “James and the Giant Peach”

Roald Dahl’s beloved children’s classic, “James and the Giant Peach,” will be performed as a musical by University School of Milwaukee’s Middle School theatre students. The story of James and his search for a family is shared with humor, compassion, and a wide range of lovable characters.

The performance is directed by Katie Gonring, Middle School drama teacher, and tickets are $12, available at the door or online. Performances will be held on Thursday, Nov. 18 at 6:30 p.m.; Friday, Nov. 19 at 7 p.m.; and Saturday, Nov. 20 at 2 p.m.

Please note, when purchasing tickets online, the top two sections on the far right and the far left have been blocked off for social distancing. If you do not feel comfortable sitting next to members of a different household, we suggest reserving your seat there. All other seats in the house are available for purchase and there is no limit per household or family. Masks will be required for the entirety of the performance. The show runs about one hour and 45 minutes with a 15-minute intermission.
