USM Holds Class of 2022 Commencement

University School of Milwaukee celebrated its Class of 2022 graduates with its Commencement ceremony on the evening of Friday, June 10. “These leaders seated in front of me today are wonderful examples of the unity that is born out of community, especially during times of challenge,” said USM’s head of school, Steve Hancock. “Parents, you should be very proud of your children, as they have led this school with grace and understanding.” The Class of 2022 consists of 108 students, 44 of who are lifers (students who have attended USM since 1st grade or earlier). Of the graduates, 91% will attend their first- or second-choice school

In addition to Hancock, graduates heard from Shaan Sharma ’22, valedictorian, and Bruce Lee ’81, who gave the Commencement address.
