USM Presents “The Laramie Project”

Upper School theatre students at University School of Milwaukee are proud to present “The Laramie Project,” which was originally presented at USM in 2007. The play is based on the true story of Matthew Shepard, a 21-year old University of Wyoming student who was murdered in 1998. His death and the resulting media circus led to a number of hate crime bills being passed on both state and national levels.
