University School of Milwaukee would like to give a huge thank you to everyone who participated in the school's Give and Grow family participation drive! Thanks to you, the school raised more than $26,000 through 108 gifts. Most importantly, 29% of those gifts came from new parent/guardian donors!
Congratulations to our winners in 3rd grade, who earned an out-of-dress code day, a special movie night, and a parent- and guardian-only reception at Head of School Steve Hancock’s on-campus home in May! To see where the winners and other classes landed, check out the Give and Grow webpage. In addition, a special thank you to the USM Parents' Association, whose leadership and outreach made these milestones a reality.
All of the money raised through the Give and Grow drive went directly to our annual giving program, the USM Fund. Having a strong parent participation rate in annual giving improves USM's ability to win foundation and corporate grants to provide additional funding for our school. These grants support programs like Global Scholars, faculty enrichment, and outdoor education, among many others.
Many thanks to all who participated!
