Darcy Doyle ’26 Breaks Two School Records

Darcy Doyle ’26 Breaks Two School Records

University School of Milwaukee senior Darcy Doyle ’26 is leaving a lasting mark on the girls’ varsity lacrosse team: the attacker has set two new school records this season, with 417 career points and 357 career goals.

Doyle achieved both milestones in April, although she intentionally did not keep track of her stats, believing that doing so can affect team dynamic. “I try to focus more on making sure the team is successful and that everyone is having fun instead of how many points or goals I’ve scored,” she said. “Breaking the records was just a bonus!”

“Darcy is a very special athlete and one of the most humble competitors I’ve ever coached,” said head coach Kate Viviano. “She never focuses on her own stats, and her priority is always her teammates and the success of the team. These school records are a reflection of her hard work, dedication, and the selfless way she approaches the game every day.”
