Rentals

University School of Milwaukee is excited to offer rental spaces for groups and organizations throughout the Milwaukee area, and beyond. Our flexible and functional spaces are the perfect fit for your next meeting or event, and our team is here to help make it an unforgettable experience. Whether you need to rent an athletic facility, large meeting room, classroom, or small meeting room, we have a space to fit your needs.

For organizations interested in using our facilities, complete the form below. The Auxiliary Programs office will review all rental requests, consider facility availability, and will respond in a timely manner to discuss your request. We look forward to hosting you and ensuring a wonderful experience for your organization!

Rental Rates

Our facility rental rates are designed to accommodate a variety of needs and events. Please view the charts below for a list of our current rates. All rates are hourly unless otherwise indicated.

Frequently recurring rentals may receive a lower per-hour rate. Please indicate in the form below if your requested rental will be recurring.
All renters will sign a rental agreement including dates, times, procedures, and expectations for use of the space.
We are happy to work with small non-profits and school organizations to find a rental rate that aligns with their resources.

Additional Rental Information

Fees

Additional fees may apply for setup/teardown, extra security, or custodial needs. These services will be determined based on the rental time/location requested.
USM can provide food catering upon request. All catering fees will depend on event size and needs.
Concessions may be available for rent for a fee. Please contact USM for more information.
A security deposit may be required to reserve the rental.
Larger headcounts may incur additional fees.
Evenings and weekends may affect pricing based on USM's available resources.

Insurance

Renters must have general liability insurance and/or excess umbrella insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 of Commercial General Liability, a $2,000,000 Umbrella, and $300,000 of Fire Legal Liability.
The Certificate of Insurance should name "University School of Milwaukee" as the certificate holder on the policy.
Organizations that have employees must also have workers compensation insurance at the statutory amount and $1,000,000 of employer's liability insurance.
Any renters working with children will have protection requirements and must carry additional insurance. Please contact USM for more information.
USM has a sample certificate of insurance for reference upon request.

Cancellation

Other

If the event is a sporting event, the renter needs to staff a licensed athletic trainer and the athletic trainer must be present for the entirety of the event.
There can be no sales or consumption of alcohol or alcoholic beverages on USM's campus.
USM is a smoke free campus. The use of tabaco, vapes, e-cigarettes, and similar products is strictly prohibited within the property.
