E.T.C. PM

E.T.C. PM is available every school day from dismissal to 5:30 p.m.

Late pick-ups will incur a fee of $1 per minute after 5:30 p.m. If you know you will be late, please call us so that we can reassure your child that you are on your way.

Repeated late pickups may result in removal from the E.T.C. PM program.

E.T.C. PM specialty programs are enrichment classes that typically meet after school once per week, Monday through Saturday. They are taught by USM teachers or outside vendors.

E.T.C. PM is open-ended and student-directed play under the watchful care of our staff.

Pickup for PK-8th grade students will be at the West Visitor Entrance (door 17 on the campus map). Parents/guardians must check in at the reception desk, and our staff will escort students to the West Visitor Entrance for pickup.

E.T.C. PM students are only able to be picked up at the West Visitor Entrance reception desk and cannot leave the school through other doors or be picked up outside unless they are instructed to by E.T.C. staff.

We offer two options for E.T.C. PM: weekly or drop-in care.

Weekly: Register for the weeks your child will attend and pay a flat rate for the whole week, prorated for shorter weeks.

Drop-in: Register for drop-in care by month and only pay for the days your child attends. Attendance is tracked daily, and charges are based on actual attendance starting at 3:30 p.m.

If you expect your child to attend E.T.C. PM three to five times a week, weekly is the most economical option for you!

If you know your child will only need E.T.C. PM occasionally, less than three days a week, drop-in is the way to go!

You may change your registration option at any time if you expect your child's attendance to increase or decrease.

All billing for E.T.C. PM will go through your family's FACTS student billing account. Your account will be billed monthly.

Registration for E.T.C. PM is now open through our UltraCamp registration portal. Families can add sessions as needed for the rest of the school year.

Medical Emergencies: A USM nurse is on campus until 4 p.m. every day. The USM athletic trainer is a trained medical professional on campus until 7 p.m. and may be called if necessary. Our staff are also trained in emergency medical procedures. In the event of an emergency after 4 p.m., our staff will contact USM's School Safety and Security team, and together determine if 911 should be called. Parents/guardians will be contacted ASAP.

What to pack:

• Do bring: An extra nut-free snack, an extra change of clothes (for Preschool students).
• Don't bring: Electronic devices (except for Middle School students), toys, stuffies (except for days where toys are permitted by the school).
