Meet Our Team

Claudia joined USM in 2008 and is proud to be an honorary Wildcat. Originally from the south suburbs of Chicago, she much prefers a Wisconsin lifestyle spend enjoying the outdoors canoeing, fishing, or working in the yard. Claudia attended Marquette University and the University of Utah, before jumping into residential life at two boarding schools. Lucky enough to have her two daughters with her at USM, Claudia is able to see the exceptional benefits of an independent school environment. Claudia's favorite event at USM is the opening ceremony because "It has all the energy of a new year of school, community cohesion, and to have the senior prefects remind us how important the Common Trust is—it's simply magical!"

Nancy is from the Milwaukee area and obtained her degrees from Alverno College and Cardinal Stritch University. When not at work, Nancy loves to spend time with family, including the newest member, a rescue dog named Zeus. Her favorite places at USM are the libraries in each division. Seeing students surrounded by books with comfortable places to read or work on projects brings her joy. "It's my full-circle moment—my first job was working in a library so to be back in an environment with not one but three is the absolute best!"
