Visit Campus

Find out for yourself why University School of Milwaukee is recognized as one of the top independent schools in the United States. Making a visit to our beautiful 125-acre campus, located on the northern edge of Milwaukee County in the Village of River Hills, is one of the most important steps you will take in determining whether USM is the right school for your child. You will have the opportunity to witness firsthand the wide array of activities that take place in our school, as well as meet the students, faculty, and administrators who make USM such a wonderful place.

We understand that our students learn best when they are engaged, and we find the same to be true of prospective parents and families who are considering enrolling and becoming a part of the USM community. Whether you attend an open house, come play at our Preschool play groups, attend a fine arts or athletics event, or schedule your own personal tour and appointment, we look forward to welcoming you to our campus!

Personal Tours

We are excited to offer you two unique opportunities for your family to visit USM. Schedule a personal tour with a member of our Enrollment Management office to get a tour of campus and have all of your questions answered, or schedule a shadowing opportunity for your Middle School or Upper School-aged child to spend a day at USM shadowing a current student. The choice is yours!

Visit Information

Visiting during the school day is often the most exciting part of the application process and is certainly the best opportunity for prospective students to see USM in action. Prospective students are encouraged to participate in class, ask questions, and meet new friends. After spending the day here, visitors can expect to have a greater understanding of what it is like to be a student at USM.

As you prepare for your visit, the following information may be useful. Please do not hesitate to contact the Enrollment Management office at 414.540.3320 or with any additional questions.
