Alumni Regional Council Program
More than 5,600 alumni are served by the USM Alumni Association worldwide. Run by the Alumni Association board in Milwaukee, the association exists to strengthen the ties between University School of Milwaukee and all the members of the alumni community through various events and activities. As a key part of the Alumni Association, the regional council program provides the opportunity for alumni residing outside of Wisconsin to connect with the school and alumni community in meaningful ways which meet their distinct needs.
Regional councils, led by volunteer council chairs, connect USM alumni around the world throughout the year to help alumni remain engaged and connected with the school, as well as network with one another. These include welcoming new alumni to a region, hosting events in your area, and collaborating with the Alumni Association board and Alumni office for local community engagement opportunities. Currently, there are regional councils serving the greater Chicago metro area, North Carolina , South Carolina, and Southern Virginia areas. If you are interested in acting as a regional council chair or establishing a council in your area, please contact the alumni@usm.org.

For alumni who are passionate about USM and desire to more deeply invest in building and promoting Alumni Association programs, the Alumni Association board is an ideal leadership opportunity. Officers and members must have attended USM or one of its predecessor schools and possess a sense of loyalty and a desire to take on a leadership role in USM's alumni relations efforts.
