If renting skates

I agree to the Terms of Service as stated below:

The ice skating loan service is offered free of charge exclusively to registered skaters. The ice skates are intended to facilitate participation in skating classes.

Skate Usage:

Borrowed skates are the property of the Learn to Skate Program and must not leave the ice arena. Skates must be returned to the assigned location at the end of each class.
Skates may only be worn on the ice or on padded flooring in designated areas such as the lobby, locker rooms, or restrooms.

Prohibited Activities:

Borrower agrees not to use the skates for walking, climbing, or kicking on metal, concrete, or wood surfaces.

Replacement Cost:

In the event that borrowed skates are missing during or at the end of the loan period, the borrower may be charged the full amount for a replacement pair.

Responsibility:

The borrower is responsible for proper care and usage of the rental skates in accordance with all applicable safety guidelines. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
